February Photostream

Sometimes I really do feel like cell phones have taken over our lives. However, I am very grateful that I can quickly capture so many spontaneous moments. It seems that it always takes me forever to find my regular camera, and then I consider myself lucky if it actually has a memory card with space left on it for new pictures.

A second visit to the Alexandria Zoo

Bill was in the field for a week at the end of February. Since the weather was nice, Hank and I road-tripped it down to the Alexandria Zoo with a few of my friends from work and their kids.

The weather this winter has been a little cool and up and down for this time of year in the South. Here's Hank taking advantage of one of our warmer days in February and trying out his "new" tricycle that we found on bookoo.com (an online garage sale website - similar to craigslist).

My parents came down to visit for Christmas. Hank enjoyed taking a week off from daycare to hang out with them while Mommy and Daddy were at work.

Holiday Ball

Still catching up...back to December...

My work had a holiday ball this past year a few weeks before Christmas. I didn't go last year, but a few of my co-workers talked me into going this year. It didn't take much to talk Bill into going - he's always up for food, drinks, and dancing. It was nice for once to know more people at a military ball than my husband :)
